Embarc Designs Award Winning Investor Relations Website for Haemonetics Corporation

NEWTON UPPER FALLS, MA (June 30, 2005) - Embarc, Inc. announced today that the website designed by Embarc for Haemonetics Corporation has been awarded the Best Health Care Products Investor Relations Website in the 2005 Interactive Investor Relations Awards.

The Interactive Investor Relations ("IIR") Award recognizes a company's commitment to excellence in shareholder communication and full disclosure of financial information to the investment community. The award is sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, the American Stock Exchange, and Burrelles and judged by investors, financial advisors and web professionals.

The IIR Awards were developed to evaluate and recognize innovation and excellence in online investor relations. This competition focuses on the section of a corporate website dedicated to investors, with particular emphasis on corporate reporting and disclosure, ease of use, creativity and functionality of the IR section of the corporate site.
