Primary Function of this Position

The Associate Web Producer has strong organizational, analytical and communication skills. The person in this role must show strong initiative and be able to perform in a fast moving, small company environment. The Associate Web Producer works closely with other project managers, web developers, and design professionals. The ideal candidate is a logical thinker with impeccable organizational abilities and can multi-task with ease.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assists Project Managers on a variety of branding, creative design, and website development projects.
• Schedules, attends, and records meetings.
• Creates Search Engine Optimization reports.
• Organizes content and site maps, and proof reads content.
• Creates and Maintains web Quality Assurance (QA) test plans.
• Executes QA test plans and reports bugs to development team.
• Contributes to the creation of detailed functional specifications and wireframes, based on high-level requirements.
• Maintains high-level functional understanding of how Embarc's web solutions are built.
• Manages, tracks, and ensure the completion of simple change requests across multiple web sites.

• Ability to effectively communicate complex information.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word. HTML, Dreamweaver, Google Analytics, or FTP experience a plus.
• Individual must exhibit a positive "can-do" attitude, be self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment with strong individual performers.
