The Garfield Group Interactive Five-Step Process

Requirements Analysis
First, an Garfield Group account manager meets with you in order to complete a preliminary online survey of your stakeholders and prioritize the business objectives.

Planning & Design
Next, Garfield Group's creative and engineering team creates a detailed functional specification, a usability site map and design comps for your project. We will also conduct an on-site workshop to facilitate information gathering and determine creative direction. Our primary goal is to maximize the usability of your Web application, and identify every detail needed to ensure a successful project.

Development
During the Development phase we build your Web application according to the specified requirements. Content is added, usability is evaluated, and modifications are made as requested. At the end of the Development phase, your application has been built, thoroughly tested, and is ready for launch.

Acceptance
In the Acceptance phase, the site moves from our development and testing servers to your staging environment for review and signoff.

Release
In the Release phase, the Web application is launched and monitored. As an additional service, Garfield Group can either serve as your Webmaster or an adjunct to your in-house resources for ongoing support and maintenance.
